For honoree, Jan Bell volunteering is a way of life. Her passion for connecting people and encouraging civic engagement has enriched the Gloucester community beyond measure. Her generous and compassionate spirit extends a welcome to all, including those most in need and living on the margins.

Honoree, Libby Hayes has been strong voice for homeless families, advocating for homes, jobs and education. As executive director of Homes for Families, a state-wide advocacy organization representing families and shelter providers, she works toward solutions that end the systematic injustices that contribute to homelessness.

The luncheon is expected to bring together nearly 700 women of the North Shore and beyond to honor Ms. Hall, a philanthropy advisor and author of “Drawn to the Rhythm”. Wellspring will also be honoring Jan Bell for her extensive volunteer work with the Gloucester community, as well as Libby Hayes, the executive director of Homes for Families.
