Career Pathways


Wellspring was life-changing. The Career Pathways Program educated and guided me to make my dreams come true! I currently work as a Registered Nurse Case Manager for an incredible non-profit hospice company. I’m forever grateful to Wellspring!

Wellspring’s experienced Career Pathways team offers high-quality career and educational advising and mentoring to help young adults and adults make viable plans for further education and job training, ultimately leading to living wage jobs in which they can thrive.   

Wellspring is the only local organization to provide FREE career advising services and specializes in job skills and job security. Wellspring students make concrete plans for job applications, interviews, and improving one’s skills for the job market.

Students will receive:

  • One-on-one and group mentoring
  • Goal-focused coaching to career and education
  • Resources in seeking financial aid and scholarships

Cost: Free
Where: Mentoring is available in-person and virtually via phone, text, email, and Zoom/Skype
