Wellspring’s Educational Resource Collaborative (WERC) Mentor Training is just around the corner.
WERC is designed to help students advance in their careers and education by providing mentorship and resources for job training programs, college and securing a new job.
Mentors provide students with resources and support to identify educational and career goals to obtain and sustain a living wage job. In return, mentors are provided a lasting relationship that brings a direct connection to the community that we serve. Our goal is to help students achieve a living wage job.
