Transforming lives, creating success.
Wellspring integrates job training, education, skills development and homelessness prevention services, making it possible for you to achieve financial security by earning a living wage. The people who come to us work hard to further their education and begin their career with increased opportunities to earn a living wage as well as provide for their families. We help families stabilize housing and provide career training for adults and young adults. Our comprehensive programs and resources use personalized support that enables you to navigate through barriers that hold you back from reaching your goals.
With offices centrally located in Gloucester and Salem, Massachusetts, and additional mobile programs and services located throughout the North Shore, we help you push beyond the limits of your life to create more positive, stable futures. Our Wellspring staff members are experts at listening to the needs of people who experience financial hardship. This enables us to advocate for you and help you build confidence through concrete problem-solving and coaching.
In 2022, Wellspring provided services to nearly 2,000 adults and children across Cape Ann and the North Shore through our Family Shelter and Homelessness Prevention programs, Job Training, Education and Career Readiness programs, and Holiday Fundraising initiatives, including the Cape Ann Kids Holiday Fund.
Message from Melissa:
“You can’t pursue a higher-wage career unless you have a roof over your head. At Wellspring, we are experts at both—helping people with stable housing while providing job training, education and career advising leading to better jobs.”
